Project Description

OUR TEAM
HAS HEARTS OF GOLD

See below for a list of our employee types and what they will do to assist you and your family.

OUR TEAM

Our hospice team is comprised of seasoned doctors, nurses, community liaisons, social workers, chaplains, spiritual support coordinators, volunteer coordinators, clinical liaisons, certified nursing assistants, and volunteers. Although some started their careers in other areas of medicine, they have found their calling is in hospice. To be a skilled hospice professional, you not only need the skills to provide excellent care, you also need the compassion and empathy required to care for loved ones at the end of their life.
